ITMAV: Community Intervention Initiative for Vulnerable Older People (ITMAV)
Groupe Harmonie also employs two community workers as part of the ITMAV programme. They are present in various public spaces (shopping centres, parks, community centres, etc.)
Objectives:
Identify older people who are vulnerable or at risk of becoming vulnerable;
Reconnect them with community resources;
Support them in finding solutions to their problems;
Promote their independence and active participation within the community
